Michael Allen
President
Michael is the founder and President of Sureway, which started in October 1981. He has extensive experience as a court-appointed receiver, bankruptcy trustee, and property manager. From the acquisition of your investment, to the daily management he knows how to maximize your return on all types of investment properties from single family residences, apartments, office buildings, retail centers and industrial properties.
Chris Menapace
VP of Operations
Chis is a highly experienced manager with years of experience in property management, business operations/sales management, quality assurance management, and project management. Her experience includes all types of residential and commercial, Section 8, elderly and conventional communities. She is a property manager and an Arizona real estate agent through the ADRE. She also holds a Master’s in Training and Education.
