We continue to enhance the maintenance department. Our goal is to get work orders completed on a quicker, timely basis. We kicked off our “Sureway Affiliated Vendor Efficiently” Program (SAVE) which has been very successful. This has been by hiring the top A/C, Plumbing, Painting, Landscaping and other trades and by utilizing the qualification process to only use the best vendors.

The vendors must interview to be considered. We evaluate the company size, service response time, quality of work and certainly pride. More to come next month.
