I have been involved with Sureway in raw land partnerships since 2007, with Mike Allen as the managing general partner.  The two 2007 partnerships made very nice returns, leading to two 2008 partnerships that looked to be performing similarly.  Then the 2008 economic bubble burst and raw land values plummeted.  Through Mile Allen’s diligent management, constant negotiating and creative financing methods, these two partnerships did not default on their financial obligations and are soon to be finally closed out, with financial distributions per the terms of the original partnership!  This would not have happened without Mike Allen’s continuous involvement in guiding and saving these partnerships!
